If we do not stock the item you need, we can order it and even have it shipped directly to you. From spark plugs and tools to tires, gaskets and drive shafts, we have your reason to keep riding with us because shopping is easy at Ken & Joe's KTM, Honda®, Kawasaki, both in-store or online.

Our accessories department at Ken & Joe's features an extensive selection of clothing, riding gear, and accessories to help you ride in style and comfort, whether you are on the street, back trails, or dunes. From head to toe, you'll find our inventory of helmets, boots, motocross gear, gloves, street and touring bike apparel and leathers in the right size and at our every-day Ken & Joe's low price.

If we do not have what you want in stock, we are always happy to order it for you. Our quality manufacturers ensure that you will look as good as you feel whenever and wherever you ride.

Return Policy

15 day return policy on all parts and accessories except excluded parts**

Parts and Accessories returns must be complete, no more than, 15 days from purchase date. Product must be in its original packaging, in new condition, with original sales receipt.

All special orders and deposits on special orders will be forfeited 60 days after your order has arrived and has not been picked up by the customer.

20% Restocking Fee Charged to all Parts and Accessories Returns.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items / Excluded Parts**

Discounted Items, helmets, batteries, sunglasses, watches, loading ramps, bike carriers, tools, DVDs, videos, books, light bulbs, electrical items, carburetor parts, sale items, close-out items, used or worn items and any discontinued items may not be returned, exchanged or given any store credit.

Refund Policy

As long as all of the above conditions have been met, you will be refunded in the method you originally paid.

If You Paid:

• Cash - you will be refunded cash.
• Credit Card - you will be refunded on the credit card used for purchase.
• Gift Card - you will be refunded on another gift card.
• Debit Card - you will be refunded to the same card.
